The man who did my tire change (Elmo Mack), did a great job for an amazing and reasonable price! He was very knowledgeable and shared information with me that I might need to know in the future and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He is very friendly and personable. He can carry on a conversation and make you feel comfortable. I am extremely grateful for his service and I will definitely be back if I need his services again.

Replaced the ac system in my altima and the air is so cold I only run it on low. Transmission started to mess up and he came and towed my car and had it fixed by the time we left the Waterpark in fort smith. Recommended to me by my big brother and I Mack’s to EVERYONE. Great service!!

They pulled my truck in at 4:50 and changed a set of tires for me, quickly. They made sure they fixed a nail in the tire before my truck left the shop. “ if you’re gonna do it, do it right.” - Owner of Mack tire and auto told me while fixing my tire. Also no one has been able to balance my wheels correctly and it’s the smoothest my vehicles has ever drove down the road!! I’ll bring them every vehicle I have forever.

Was visiting Conway for the weekend, when I had a flat late Saturday night. No on was open on Sunday to fix the tire or get a replacement. A couple places were open, but did not have the size in stock. Went to Advanced Auto to see if I could get a temporary fix to get me home to Northwest Arkansas. The guy there called Elmo for me and Elmo met me at his shop and took care of me! Exceptional service and great pricing. Appreciated the fact that he came in on a Sunday morning to get me and my wife back on the road! Definitely treated us like we were family!
